Beet Power!

Great now there's evidence that beets are awesome for your workout! Maybe I should've had some of this before I did the grouse grind yesterday.


  1. I love eating roasted beets...I guess I will have to try beet juice next!

  2. The sample size for their study was only 8 men. This is a pretty low quality study. While it may justify more research, I would not add beets to every meal just yet :)

  3. haha thats very true Mike :) I just love beets in general but their red staining colour makes it such a hassle to clean everything it touches. Hence its not an every meal thing!
